8/6/2005 3:50:32 AM Incredible tool... However it took me a bit to realize that. I was expecting some syntax helper or some XSLT utilities for basic code generation (like in Stylus for example). Instead I found total web application XSL platform. I mean it generates XSL, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, but also you can write XSL variables, XSL code, Xpath and encapsulate it all in visual units. And it's really WYSIWYG, I say this because other XSL tools (altova, stylus) say that, but really only let you work with primitive table setup, this thing has full CSS support, moving elements, more like DreamWeaver. Reminds me of
8/30/2005 11:33:21 PM I found XSLmaker to be easy and intuitive. I like it because it has all programming stuff, yet I don't really have to program 95% of the code (since it's GUI). Especially useful is user defined fields for XSL and Xpath filters. I had some trouble installing, but turns out I had to close photobrush and then it worked fine. Overall, I wouldn't now go back to coding XSL by hand. I can focus on what I need to do, and that's mostly few lines of code or some XSL block, rest is generated and I can change it with gui. I wished it worked on Mac too. Great tool otherwise.
