xmlLinguist

xmlLinguist is a bidirectional Text-To-XML translator. Through the intuitive Map Editor, flat text files are defined with Lines and Fields. These files can then be translated into XML with this map through the Translation Engine, and visa-versa (from XML back to a flat, text file). This engine can be run manually either through the Map Editor or through different automation abilities (a command line EXE, or a Windows COM Object in a DLL). The beta is available for free download (ver. 0.2.0.17).
